A discussion of fear, shame, anger, isolation, self-blame, unhealthy coping habits, difficulty trusting others, and fear of asking for help.

1:00–1:10 | Guided Reflection Activity
Participants privately reflect on what they have survived, what has helped them continue, and what one healthy next step might look like.

1:10–1:30 | Practical Tools for Healing
Healthy routines, boundaries, identifying triggers, journaling, creativity, positive self-talk, support systems, and seeking qualified help when needed.

1:30–1:45 | Hope, Purpose and Support
How mentorship, trusted relationships, faith or values, service, personal goals, and community connection can help rebuild hope.

1:45–1:55 | Questions and Audience Discussion
Participants discuss how hope and healing can be supported within schools, agencies, workplaces, families, and communities.

1:55–2:00 | Closing Message and Call to Action
A final message encouraging participants to honor their progress, seek healthy support, and take one meaningful step forward.
