Cancellation Policy

A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the requested date. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in the booking agreement. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may have the deposit transferred once to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Travel and other approved expenses may be nonrefundable once purchased.
